eBECAS has been specifically designed for any combination of local and international Language Schools, University Foundation Colleges and Vocational Education and Training providers.

For Australian Colleges, eBECAS supports CRICOS, AQTF, AVETMISS and will shortly provide for Victorian Student Number VSN monthly reporting, FEE_HELP, HEIMS data Collection and CHESSN.

eBECAS is a totally integrated system for managing your College: Agent Management, Admissions, Accounts, Classing, Attendance, Marketing Analysis, Financials due fees and revenue, Homestay placements and payments, Contact Relationship Management and Work Placement.

While private Colleges generally use the full complement of areas in eBECAS, many University Language and Foundation Colleges use eBECAS to meet the shortfall in meeting ESL Classing, Attendance and Result requirements in their main University systems.

Classing

• View student class history and simply allocate classes and view student age, gender, country of origin and nationality
