eBECAS Version 7250

This is a major release:

1. eBECAS Groups - A significant re-write of the eBECAS Group area. Groups provides the facility to enter a group name (similar to a student name) but does not directly map to a course, the group name now has multiple offers and enrolments that relate to courses. Please refer here

2. Class Roll (Attendance) minor bug - eBECAS Reports - Classes - Language - Class Roll (Attendance) when a student's week holiday leave has been deleted, and a new week added, the student still appears on the roll as on holiday/leave. This has been fixed.
