The price of supplying and hosting the eBECAS Web Portal is based on the number of eBECAS College licensed users. While the web portal is designed for Students and Teachers, there is no charge associated with the number of students or teachers accessing the web portal. eBECAS web portal provides for unlimited student and teacher access.
Students who are enrolled in a eBECAS College have access to College News, Messages, display their contact details, their course enrolments, classes, fees, results and absences.
Teachers who are enabled in eBECAS have access to their classes and student details, can view and mark attendance, and view and make diary entries.
EIT hosts the website for your College.

- eBECAS version 7 - 5 user - $1500 per annum
- eBECAS version 7 - 10 user - $2000 per annum
- eBECAS version 7 - 15 user - $2500 per annum
- eBECAS version 7 - 20+ user - $3000 per annum
The annual license is designed to align with the eBECAS version 7 annual license.
